Sobeys’ flexible store format
Sobeys debuted its new-concept store in Orangeville, Ont., in November that uses the “Flexstore” system by Interstore | Schweitzer. The modular concept fea-tures mobile fixtures that can easily be rearranged, allowing grocers to expand, reduce or make other adjustments to vari-ous departments as needed.
